The Dodgers outfielder has played in 80 of 82 games since joining the Dodgers including 76 starts. Yasiel Puig was removed from Monday's game against the Rockies in the sixth inning after the Dodgers outfielder appeared to have some sort of an issue with his knee. The Dodgers announced that Puig left the game with a mild right knee strain. Puig reached first base on a throwing error by third baseman Nolan Arenado to open the sixth inning then advanced to third base on a single to right field by Adrian Gonzalez. But Puig appeared to over-slide the bag at third base and remained on the ground on his knees for a moment. He appeared to be shaken up a bit and in talking to third base coach Tim Wallach pointed to his knee.
