The Yankees are going to take a look at Adam Lind this spring in case the club has a need for him at first base. The Bombers inked the veteran to a minor-league deal on Friday. "Great opportunity, it's the right situation for myself," Lind said. He said he had one other minor-league offer, but elected to join the Yankees. Lind, who hit .303 with 14 homers and 59 RBI in 116 games with the Nationals in 2017, had been working out at the free-agent camp in Bradenton.
