Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly set to be offered a second chance to sign Real Sociedad defender Diego Llorente this summer.

The 26-year-old centre-back was linked with a switch to Molineux last summer and claims emerged shortly before the deadline that Wolves had seen a £23million bid knocked back.

Wolves were again linked with Llorente - who is said to be on Liverpool's radar - in January after Willy Boly's injury but Nuno Espirito Santo resisted the urge to stockpile central defenders.
