The Wizards have made up their minds on whether or not to pick up the fourth-year options on the contracts of Jan Vesely and Chris Singleton. And the answer is no, CSN Washington learned late Friday night. The team has until Oct. 31 to make the decision for the 2014-15 season. Singleton, who has missed the entire preseason because of surgery to his left foot/toe, is entering his third season along with Vesely who was taken No. 6 overall in the 2011 draft. Singleton was chosen 18th. First-round rookie draft picks get four-year deals. The first two years are guaranteed. The next two are team options.
