The Predators took on the Bruins tonight in Smashville. The game was a defensive battle for the most part (until the third that is). Both Tuukka Rask and Pekka Rinne played well. Boston kicked off the scoring with a goal at the end of a power play by Milan Lucic. It took Nashville a while to find the back of the net, but they finally put one in (AND ON THE POWER PLAY!!) late in the second, by Mike Fisher. Mike Ribeiro then kicked off the scoring early in the third to give the Predators a 2-1 lead. The lead was short lived as the Bruins tied it with a goal from Reilly Smith. Three periods weren't enough for these guys though, they wanted to play some extra hockey. In the end, the Nashville Predators prevailed in the shootout.
