Defeats to Southern Cal, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State were understandable. Miserable, frustrating and emotionally wracking, but understandable. After all, all three were ranked among the nation's top 12 at the time they conquered Texas. A loss to Baylor on Saturday will not be met with any comparable level of resignation. The man leading UT against Baylor won't be Sam Ehlinger. Instead, it has been forced to turn back to sophomore Shane Buechele, who last started against Iowa State. Ehinger was placed in concussion protocol Sunday. Herman said the freshman is still being evaluated and remains day-to-day. "He's going to start," Herman said of Buechele. "Let's not be silly here.
