Wilson Betemit hobbled around the clubhouse on Sunday, looking a lot more relieved than he did when he first hurt his right leg. Betemit, who suffered a partial tear of the posterior cruciate ligament on March 25, underwent surgery on Wednesday. He expects to be out six more weeks. “They say everything is good inside,” Betemit said. “When I got hurt, I thought it was worse than what I have now. I thought I was going to have [major] surgery, but they told me it was good news. I just had the little surgery a couple days ago, and I feel much better.” Betemit is planning to leave for Sarasota, Fla. to continue his rehab on Wednesday.
