After Aaron Judge went down with an oblique injury on April 20, he wasn’t ready to put a timetable on a potential return.

The Yankees outfielder avoided any predictions, and manager Aaron Boone didn’t go into specifics, other than calling it a “pretty significant”left oblique strain.

So now more three weeks later, are the Yankees closer to projecting a timeframe on Judge’s return to the lineup?

“No, just because he hasn’t graduated to baseball activities yet,” Boone said Tuesday. “It does seem like it’s going well and there’s small improvements every single day, but we’re going to get to a point where range of motion and the exercises that he does, where that feeling (in the oblique) is going to be out of there.”
