David Irving is grateful for the Kansas City Chiefs. If not for the franchise the Cowboys will face Sunday at AT&T Stadium, Dallas' starting defensive tackle doubts he'd be in the NFL. "I look back all the time," Irving said. "It's crazy how it turned out. It's changed my life." After Irving wasn't selected in the 2015 NFL draft, Kansas City was the only team that called. "It was a crazy experience." Two years later and he's one of Dallas' most valuable defenders.
