Tony Pauline, citing multiple sources, reports that West Virginia WR Marcus Simms is “very likely” to enter this year’s supplemental draft. In fact, Pauline says there’s a “99 percent” chance of him doing so.

According to Pauline, Simms received a sixth-round grade by NFL scouts, but has a “lot of character issues.”

Pauline is hearing a few other names being mentioned as possible entries into next month’s Supplemental draft.
