West Ham are said to be preparing a cash-plus-player offer worth around £25 million for Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford. The 22-year-old shot-stopper is hot property this summer following Sunderland’s relegation from the Premier League. But despite their poor season, Pickford was a shinning light and was nominated for the PFA Young Player of the Year award. He made more saves than any other goalkeeper in the English top flight and has caught the eye of just about every top club in the country. Sunderland are said to be wanting around £30 million before they let go of the academy graduate, who is tipped to be future England number one.
