Virgil van Dijk is still holding out for a move to Liverpool despite being targeted by both Chelsea and Arsenal, according to reports. Southampton are maintaining that the player will not be sold before the deadline, but The Guardian reports that Liverpool are ready to spend £70 million on the Dutch centre-back. But the 26-year-old’s preference is to join up with Jurgen Klopp at Anfield, rather than make the move to either Chelsea or Arsenal.
