The Vikings have parted ways with suspended defensive end Spencer Nealy, waiving him on Wednesday, the club said. The 24-year-old Nealy was banned four games in July for violating the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing substances. Should Nealy sign elsewhere, he could take part in training camp and the preseason before serving his suspension, which can end no earlier than September 29.
