Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, citing sources informed of the team’s thinking, reports that Broncos HC Vance Joseph is expected to return for the 2018 season, despite some concerns that he could be one-and-done. However, Rapoport qualifies this by saying that the Broncos’ brass will be watching to see how the team performs over the final three weeks of the season and the possibility exists that they could still go the other way and possibly move on from Joseph. According to Rapoport, Broncos executives John Elway and Joe Ellis want to make it work with Joseph and understand the offensive limitations they currently have.
