Georgia State guard Ryan Harrow missed an off-balance jumper in the lane with five seconds left in overtime and the University of Louisiana-Lafayette held on for an 82-81 victory in the championship game of the Sun Belt Tournament on Sunday afternoon at UNO's Lakefront Arena. The victory sends the Ragin' Cajuns (23-12) to the NCAA Tournament. It was an improbable victory for the Cajuns as they rallied from a 10-point deficit with less than four minutes to play in regulation and tied the game, 72-72, on a layup by Bryant Mbamalu with one second left. With the Cajuns leading, 82-81, in overtime UL-Lafayette's Xavian Rimmer missed the front end of a one-and-one free throw with 18 seconds left and Georgia State's Curtis Washington grabbed the rebound. With time winding down, Harrow, who scored 37 points, drove into the lane and put up the shot that missed. UL-Lafayette's Elridge Moore grabbed the rebound in the scrum and held on as time ran out.
