Alabama defensive linemen Brandon Ivory and Jarran Reed and linebacker Tim Williams are suspended for violation of team rules, coach Nick Saban said after Friday's practice. None of the players were present at Friday's morning practice, which primarily featured veterans. Saban said they can work themselves back onto the team but did not provide a timetable. "Our focus is here, we have a lot of good players, a lot of good people, in our program, a lot of guys that really do a lot of good things on and off the field," Saban said. "We're certainly focused on those guys that we have here to develop them to be the best players that they can be, because they've demonstrated they're willing to do the things they need to do and football is important enough to them to do the things they need to do to have a chance to be successful." Ivory, a fifth-year senior who started 12 games last season, was not at Alabama's morning practice, which primarily featured veterans. He had 24 tackles, 1.5 of which went for a loss.
