TOTTENHAM could scupper any attempts from Manchester United to bring Gareth Bale back to the Premier League. United will make a third bid to sign the Welsh Superstar this summer after the Spanish champions decided to offload him after an injury plagued year. Real are ready to cut their losses with Bale who has suffered a string of niggling injuries since moving to the Bernabéu in a world record £85 million move. United failed to land Bale when he left Tottenham in September 2013 and then again when he signed a new contract 18 months ago. But Daniel Levy had a clause inserted into the terms of the deal which gives Tottenham the chance to match any offers Real receive from the Premier League.
