Somewhat reluctantly, at first, Tony Romo gave his thoughts on Colin Kaepernick.

Romo is playing golf at the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament at  Edgewood-Tahoe and doing well. Romo sits in third place with 44 points after two rounds.

The former Dallas Cowboys quarterback, and current TV announcer, said Kaepernick is good enough to play in the NFL, but would likely bring too much unwanted attention, especially as a back-up quarterback.

He said most NFL teams will bring in anybody they think can help win a championship.
