There were no first initials next to the name "Toews" on the back of the brothers' Blackhawks sweaters when they took the ice as members of the same team for the first time in nearly two decades. Still, those in attendance at the Hawks' opening 4-2 exhibition loss to the Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday night in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, managed to recognize the one wearing No. 19 was Jonathan. The other, wearing No. 26, was his brother David. Though neither scored a goal at Credit Union Centre, the siblings certainly have come a long way since they were last teammates.
