The Tennessee Titans suddenly find themselves in a quarterback dilemma. It's nothing devastating (at least as of today), but with reports that Marcus Mariota will miss the Miami Dolphins game, and possibly a couple more with a hamstring injury, that leaves head coach Mike Mularkey with Matt Cassel and newly signed Brandon Weeden as his only options. However, according to CBS Sports' Jason LaCanfora, one outside option became available to the two-toned blue this week as well. Per the report, reps for Colin Kaepernick reached out to the Titans in regards to the potential open quarterback position.
