Barring a transaction between now and Monday, Tim Tebow confirmed he will report to the Jets offseason training program. The QB spoke Friday night in Jacksonville at his annual charity golf tournament, saying, via the AP, that he would show up with a "great attitude." It had long been figured that Tebow would be a goner by now; that the Jets would have parted ways with him after they passed him over - not once, but twice - even after they had been eliminated for the playoffs. With David Garrard now on the Jets and possibly a draftee too, there's even more competition for the Jets starting spot. It's a competition that doesn't figure to include Tebow. Monday, the start of the offseason training program, ought to be interesting, with two prominent players - Tebow and Darrelle Revis - both expected to report despite the fact that neither is likely to be on the Jets in Week 1.
