Penn State, which has spent the past few months collecting offensive linemen for its recruiting class of 2020, lost one of them Sunday, when Grant Toutant announced on Twitter that he has de-committed from the Nittany Lions and given a verbal pledge to Ohio State.

Toutant is 6 feet 7, 310 pounds and is rated a three-star prospect by Rivals.

His departure leaves Penn State with five offensive linemen, all of whom are rated four-star prospects, in the coming class.

Earlier in the day, junior college wide receiver Norval Black made a verbal commitment to Penn State.
