Wide receiver Markus Wheaton is again among the Steelers’ inactives for Sunday’s game vs. the Bengals. Wheaton, who’s listed as a starter and is expected to play a role on one of the league’s best offenses, is still recovering from a shoulder injury. Wheaton had practiced this week, twice as a full participant and as a limited participant on Friday, so there was at least some hope he’d be able to play.
