Thomas Müller has surprisingly lost his starting position at Bayern Munich this season. The Bavarian native is now five games without a start and has played only 66’ minutes. After last weekend’s defeat by Hoffenheim, Thomas only said “nothing to say” as he walked through the mixed zone, but it is obvious that he isn’t happy with his situation.

The 2014 World Champion remains professional and has made no public complaints about his status or expressed public criticism of Niko Kovac. As Bild reports, Müller has sought advice about his situation from other leading players. If things don’t change drastically for Muller in the coming weeks, he might consider leaving his boyhood club.
