The Dallas Stars officially concluded their 2013-'14 season with a team photo and exit interviews, but no one player on their team - and maybe the entire NHL - faces a more uncertain, and scarier, offseason than Rich Peverley. Peverley, 31, is signed for one more season with the Stars at $3.25 million. He collapsed on the Stars' bench during a home game against the Columbus Blue Jackets on March 10; he had a procedure to correct a irregular heartbeat on March 19. There is no indication either way whether he will be able to play. The only thing he indicated is that he wants to play. "I am literally taking it day by day," he said. He told the media on Tuesday he has done nothing that would raise his heart rate. He said when he does that, "we will go from there."
