Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports that the Texans brought in free agent P Taylor Symmank for a workout on Wednesday. Free agent P Brock Miller announced via his Twitter account that he too worked out for the Texans. The Jaguars hosted Symmank for a tryout in recent weeks but didn’t sign him to a contract following the session. Symmank, 24, wound up going undrafted out of Texas Tech in 2016. Unfortunately, he sat out the 2016 season before signing a future/reserve contract with the Vikings in January of last year. Minnesota waived him coming out of the preseason as they trimmed their roster down to 53 players.
