Former Tennessee men's basketball forward A.J. Davis committed to Central Florida on Wednesday, which means every player who defected after UT's coaching change now has a new home. Davis, who started once and appeared in 25 games as a UT freshman, told the News Sentinel of his commitment via text message. The 6-foot-9, 212-pound Davis (1.3 ppg, 1.6 rpg) will sit out the 2014-15 season at Central Florida due to NCAA transfer rules. He will then have three years of eligibility left. Davis was one of two enrolled Vols to transfer after UT coach Donnie Tyndall replaced Cuonzo Martin in April. Point guard Darius Thompson left for Vanderbilt following his freshman campaign.
