Louisiana-Monroe has fired head coach Todd Berry, the school announced. The move comes after a 59-21 loss to Arkansas State Saturday that put the team at a 1-9 record in the Sun Belt. Defensive line coach John Mumford has been named interim head coach. At ULM, Berry had been the school's head coach since 2010. His tenure's highlight was an 8-5 record in 2012, highlighted by a opening upset against Arkansas. However, ULM struggled to sustain this success, putting up marks of 6-6 and 4-8 in 2013 and 2014, respectively. This season, ULM currently holds a last-place standing in the Sun Belt and in the midst of an eight-game losing streak.
