Washington Nationals General Manager Mike Rizzo may limit All-Star right-hander Stephen Strasburg to 160 innings this season, but that doesn't mean he will limit his at-bats. Strasburg, who is now down to 55 innings left after blanking the Marlins on six hits in six arduous innings, delivered the game-winning hit in Washington's 4-0 victory Sunday afternoon under the roof at Marlins Park. The offensively challenged Marlins have dropped four of five, including two of three to the NL East Division-leading Nats and are 10 games behind them. They're 2-29 in games they have scored two or less runs and have been shut out nine times.
