The Golden State Warriors will usher in a new era next season as they look to move on from their key losses in the offseason. With a new arena and a new-look roster, head coach Steve Kerr sees a fresh start for the Dubs.
In a recent interview with The Athletic’s Joe Vardon, Kerr said that the atmosphere around him and his coaching staff will be similar to what he felt in 2014 when he started calling the shots for the Warriors.
“That first year we had to implement everything — that takes time. It’s exciting, and that’s what we’re going to do with the new group, so that’s really exciting. That part excites me. It’s going to be much more similar to Year 1 for my staff.”
