Warriors guard Stephen Curry will stay sidelined for at least another week to further heal his sprained right ankle, which likely keeps him out for the team’s nationally televised game on Christmas Day on Monday against the Cleveland Cavaliers at Oracle Arena. The Warriors’ training staff re-evaluated Curry on Tuesday, and determined his right ankle healed well enough to progress to modified on-court workouts “in the coming days” after missing the past five games. But he has not progressed enough to return this week, officially sidelining him for at least the next four games, including when the Warriors (24-6) host the Memphis Grizzlies (9-21) on Wednesday at Oracle Arena.
