Mitchell, a second round pick of the Oakland Raiders in 2009, one of the more eyebrow-raising picks in recent memory. It has become a favorite draft memory story, as analysts covering the draft in 2009 appeared to not have any idea who he was. There was no film on him after his senior year at Ohio University.
