Stephane Robidas hasn't played in a game, since late November but that hasn't stopped teams from inquiring about him. TSN's Darren Dreger said in a tweet that Robidas has attracted trade interest ahead of the March 5 deadline and that the defenseman was expected back in mid-March. Robidas broke he leg as he slid into the boards in game against the Chicago Blackhawks on November 29. The 36-year-old defenseman told SportsDayDFW's Mike Heika before the Olympic break that he was making "amazing" in his recovery but wanted to be cautious, especially since he is slated to become a free agent at the end of the year. The lack of commitment beyond this year is an attractive option to a contender looking to add veteran defenseman for their Stanley Cup run. Robidas will make $3.3 million this year.
