Pitcher Jake Peavy was added Sunday as a replacement to the American League All-Star roster, giving the White Sox four players in Tuesday's All-Star Game in Kansas City. It's the third All-Star selection for Peavy, who was named to the National League squad in 2005 and 2007. Peavy, 31, finished second to the Rangers' Yu Darvish in the Final Vote ballot that concluded Thursday. Peavy joins teammates Paul Konerko, Adam Dunn and Chris Sale on the AL squad. Peavy replaces Angels pitcher C.J. Wilson, who has a blister on his left middle finger.
