The White Sox stopped home just long enough to pick up a change of clothes and – of more importance, a change of attitude – before heading back on the road. After completing a sweep Wednesday of the Twins with an 8-2 victory, the Sox enjoy a day off Thursday before journeying to Texas and Minnesota for the final part of 16 of 19 games on the road. At least they will awaken Thursday knowing they are tied with the Tigers for the American League Central lead, unlike when they came limping home after being swept in Detroit three days before, languishing in second place.
