One of the analysts that have criticized Jayson Tatum has been Skip Bayless. In a recent episode of Undisputed, Skip Bayless claimed that Jayson Tatum doesn't have an "it factor".
"He's so supremely gifted in so many ways... When it comes to superstardom in the NBA, there is some 'It factor' and killer will.... A very few guys have it. Some guys just don't have it. I'm not sure Jayson Tatum has it. In some ways he's almost too nice of a guy."
