Sixers owner Joshua Harris attended the team's practice on Tuesday. Harris works in New York and said he greatly enjoyed walking into his office Monday wearing his 76ers hat after his team beat the Knicks Sunday afternoon at Madison Square Garden. His New York peers could do little, while he was gloating about the win and the Sixers leading the Atlantic Division. That was fun, but Tuesday's visit was about business. The NBA trade deadline is Thursday at 3 p.m. and Harris wanted to meet with Sixers CEO Adam Aron, president Rod Thorn and head coach Doug Collins. Harris' intent was to make sure everyone was on the same page and felt comfortable about approaching the final 24 games with the assembled roster.
