The Rays lost by one run again. They lost 1-0 again. They wasted another outstanding night by a pitcher again. They had their scoring chances but let too many of them slip by again. And to sum it up, manager Joe Maddon used the word "frustrating." Again. "The pain factor," Maddon said, "is closer to a 10." The Rays have lost 10 of their past 11 one-run games. Seven of their past eight losses are by a run. Tuesday was their fourth 1-0 loss in the past 22 games. It was also just the 12th 1-0 game at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington, which opened in 1994.
