Baylor’s 2014 class took a hit when T’Kevian Rockwell and James David, both defensive players, didn’t sign due to academic complications. They weren’t the only defensive players to not sign with the Bears. Cordell Dorsey had troubles of his own. He had previously in September been arrested for alleged sexual assault of a child and didn’t sign with the Bears. The charges against him were dropped today. The grand jury decided there was ‘not enough evidence to take the case against Cordell Dorsey to trial.’ Whether he signs and plays with the Bears has yet to be determined
