Tottenham Hotspur are still hitting dead ends in their search for a new manager.

Sevilla president Jose Castro says the club's boss, Julen Lopetegui, recently shunned a "dizzying" offer to take control of Spurs, along with other approaches "he'd not listened to."

"Julen rang me and told me," Castro told Spanish radio station Cadena SER, according to BBC Sport.
