The 28-year-old has struggled in his debut season in North London where he has had to settle for just a mere two starts in the Premier League. Arsenal striker Lucas Perez could be on his way out of the Emirates this summer after being linked with a move back to La Liga. According to Spanish newspaper AS, Jorge Sampaoli is eyeing up a £17.5million move to bring Perez back to La Liga after he joined from Deportivo last summer for a similar fee. He has scored in all four competitions for Arsene Wenger‘s men this campaign, including a hat-trick away to Basel in the Champions League. Perez was an unused substitute against Chelsea in the 2-1 FA Cup final triumph on Saturday, ensuring he capped the season off with a winners medal. He has fell down the pecking order at the Emirates and has often been left out of matchday squads as Alexis Sanchez, Danny Welbeck and Olivier Giroud have all been preferred instead.
