The Winnipeg Jets probably wish that Tyler Seguin’s alarm clock didn’t go off on Friday morning. Not being in the lineup might have been the only way to stop the talented Dallas Stars centre on this night as Seguin scored twice and added two assists for the first four-point game of his young career to lead the visitors to a 4-1 victory over the Jets on Friday night. In December of 2011 Seguin was late to a meeting when the Boston Bruins came to town forcing head coach Claude Julien to scratch him for disciplinary reasons. But Seguin looked fresh as a daisy Friday as the Stars top line with Jamie Benn (one goal two assists) and Rich Peverley (one assist) combined for three goals and eight points.
Seguin’s surge just alarming: 2 G, 2 A against Jets
