Tom Brady hates to lose. That’s certainly no secret. And on Thursday, journeyman quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick shared a story further illustrating just how much the GOAT hates the bitter taste of defeat.

While speaking on the America’s Caddie show on ESPN+, Fitzpatrick was asked about his most memorable NFL moment. Having failed to win a Super Bowl, he went with the next coolest accomplishment for any quarterback these days: Beating Tom Brady.

Fitzpatrick beat Brady on three occasions, with each of the Bills, Jets and Dolphins. According to the 39-year-old (who played for nine different NFL teams), following his first victory over Brady during his days with the Bills, Brady didn’t stick around to shake Fitz’s hand.
