The Blues striker injured his left ankle in Red Devils 1-0 victory over Tunisia last night in Brussels. Lukaku, 21, was on the receiving end of a heavy challenge from Glasgow Rangers star Bilel Mohsni in the 85th minute. The former Everton loan star got back to his feet and carried on for five more minutes before being hauled off. When Chelsea striker limped off the pitch he looked to be in a serious amount of discomfort and he quickly notified the medical team that his ankle was bothering him.
