Free-agent righthander Roy Oswalt has made it be known that he would consider a return to the Philadelphia Phillies. Oswalt added that he hasn’t “felt this good since 2010.” Worth noting is that Oswalt’s tweet coincided with righthander Roy Halladay’s second consecutive rough start for the Phillies on Monday. Oswalt, 35, pitched for the Phillies from 2010-2011 and went 4-3 with a 5.80 ERA in 17 games (9 starts) for the Texas Rangers last season. He didn’t make his 2012 debut until late June and apparently will take a similar approach this season.
