TCU guard Jaylen Fisher is expected to begin contact work within the next few days, head coach Jamie Dixon told FanRag Sports on Monday afternoon. Continuing to recover with the 2017-18 regular season now on the immediate horizon, Fisher originally tore his meniscus in early August. The Arlington, Texas native first arrived at TCU for his freshman season last year. He appeared in 35 games and started all but one of them en route to averaging 9.9 points, four assists and one steal per game while shooting 39 percent from the floor, 38 percent from three-point range and 75.3 percent from the free-throw line. Fisher scored a season-high 18 points twice in 2016-17.
