Former Redskins wide receiver Joshua Morgan, who was accused of assaulting a valet driver in April, has agreed to do community service to have the charge against him vacated. Morgan, 29, who now plays for the Chicago Bears, has agreed to 32 hours of community service. They must be completed within four months. If Morgan complies with the terms of the program, the misdemeanor assault charge against him will be erased from his record.
