After losing Kevin Martin to the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Thunder have become thin at the shooting guard position. But now Oklahoma City has become the front-runner to sign former Miami Heat guard Mike Miller, according to Yahoo! Sports. Miller was waived by the Heat earlier this week via the amnesty clause. No team under the salary cap placed a bid on him, making Miller a free agent. Miller, 33, will be entering his 13th NBA season. Slowed by injuries in recent years, he averaged 4.8 points in 59 games last season and shot 41 percent from the 3-point line.
