The Pittsburgh Steelers have reportedly used their franchise tag on Le’Veon Bell again. Ian Rapoport says sources tell him the team used the franchise tag on Bell. He first reported it on Twitter. The team had until Tuesday to use the franchise tag, which would prevent Bell from becoming a free agent NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting Bell would receive $14.5 million in 2018. However, there is no guarantee Bell will sign the agreement.
