The San Antonio Spurs know they need a stud defender to take care of all the big-time scorers in the Western Conference. The team reportedly agreed to a four-year, $64 million extension with guard Dejounte Murray on Monday, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

Murray, 23, averaged 8.1 points and 5.7 rebounds with the Spurs during the 2017-18 season. He spent last season recovering from an ACL injury.
